Your Body Project

TESTING OPEN NOW

Your body changes. Your training should respond.

Adaptive programming that responds to your recovery, performance and training limitations, and shows you why.

We're recruiting 20 testers across six training goals. Help shape YBP before public launch.

Approved testers get complimentary access throughout testing. The free month starts once the app is publicly live and available to download. Testers must be 16 or over.

Training support beyond the next set.

Explore mobility guidance and training modifications that account for reported pain or limitations.

Pain and limitations
Tell YBP where something hurts and how much. Your session is adjusted around it, through exercise choice, range of motion, tempo or volume.
Mobility guidance
The Mobility Library is a drawer on Train, closed until you want it, with drills by joint, so it is part of your training rather than a separate app.

Training support is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Some symptoms require assessment by a qualified health professional.

What is Your Body Project?
Your Body Project (YBP) is an adaptive training system. It builds a personalised programme, asks for a short check-in before each session, and adjusts the session to your recovery, your recorded performance and any pain or limitation you report. It shows you what changed and why.
Which training goals are supported?
Hypertrophy, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Strong for Life / Wellness, Functional Fitness and Endurance Running.
What is autoregulated training?
Autoregulated training adapts the plan to how you are recovering and performing, instead of following a fixed template. YBP uses your check-in answers and the performance you record, and can also use sleep and heart rate data from your phone or watch where you choose to share it.
What does testing involve?
Testing is in the web app. There is a short weekly check-in, and we ask you to report any bugs or confusing programming as you come across it.
What happens after testing?
Approved testers get complimentary access throughout testing. The free month starts once the app is publicly live and available to download.
How is YBP different from workout loggers?
Loggers record what you did. YBP also plans what comes next, adjusts it from your check-in and recorded performance, and explains the changes it makes. Logging is built for the gym floor: log a set with one tap, swipe between exercises, and read a big rest clock with the phone on the bench.
Does YBP adjust my workout when I am sore or hurt?
Tell YBP where something hurts and how much, and it adjusts exercise choice, range of motion, tempo or volume around it. This is training support, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Some symptoms require assessment by a qualified health professional.
Do I need specific gym equipment to use YBP?
No. Set up the kit you have and your sessions use only that, including the dumbbell weights you own when you train at home.
Do I need a wearable?
No. A wearable is optional. The check-in before each session takes your own answers, and where your phone or watch shares sleep or heart rate data with YBP it can fill in part of that picture. What connects depends on your device, so YBP does not assume you have one.
Which phones can I use?
Testing is web based, so you can use any phone or desktop browser. The downloadable app is coming soon.
Can I bring my training history from another app?
Yes. You can bring in recent training from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes using the CSV file you export from that app. We keep the working sets from the last 12 weeks. Imported history shows under Progress and does not change how your plan adjusts.
How is my information handled?
We ask for your email to contact you about testing and launch. News and offers are a separate choice that stays off unless you tick it, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Read the Privacy Policy.
